Commercial Cleaning Contracts in Gauteng

Recurring cleaning for offices, estates, institutions, retail centres and industrial sites — assessed on site, scoped in writing and quoted on measured area and frequency.

What a contract with us looks like

A cleaning contract is only as good as the scope behind it. Before we quote a recurring service, we establish the areas and their sizes, the tasks required in each, how often each area needs attention and when the work can realistically happen.

That gives you a document you can inspect against, and it gives our supervisors an unambiguous instruction. Periodic work — deep cleaning, floor machine work, glass cycles, event turnarounds — is itemised separately from the daily routine so it is planned rather than promised.

Contracts can cover interiors, exterior grounds or both, on a single site or across a portfolio. We work with businesses, estates, institutions, facilities and events only, and we do not offer domestic household cleaning.

From enquiry to monitored contract

1. Enquiry

You send the property type, location, areas and the services you need. No measurements yet — that comes next.

2. Site assessment

We walk the site, measure the areas, check access, occupancy and service windows, and confirm what the work actually involves.

3. Scope of work

Areas, tasks, frequency, visit times, staffing and supervision are written down. Exclusions are stated explicitly.

4. Quotation

Costed on measured area, labour per visit and frequency, with periodic work itemised separately from the routine.

5. Mobilisation

Start date, site induction, access arrangements, equipment and the named supervisor are confirmed before the first visit.

6. Monitoring

Visit records, issue logs and additional-work notes support a monthly review against the scope.

Contract questions

Discuss a cleaning contract or request a site assessment

Tell us the property, the areas and how often you need us. We quote on measured area, labour per visit and frequency — or arrange an on-site assessment where that is the accurate route.
