How we scope university & campus cleaning
Campuses are portfolios, not single buildings. We measure and scope each building separately, then set frequency by use: lecture venues and ablutions daily, administration on an office pattern, residences around occupation cycles.
Proposals state the staffing, shift pattern, supervision and reporting per building, which is what facilities directors and supply-chain teams need in order to compare offers properly.
Registration, examinations and residence turnover can be scoped as agreed additional visits rather than absorbed into the base contract.
Quality control

Health and safety on site

- • Wet floors, work zones and equipment areas are signed while cleaning is in progress.
- • Chemicals are used at the stated dilution, stored closed and kept away from public areas.
- • Site induction, access control and sign-in requirements are followed as the client sets them.
