How group transport works
Create your group
One person becomes the Group Organiser and provides the route, schedule and service requirements.
Invite & join
The organiser receives a unique group link and shares it with colleagues, classmates, friends or other passengers.
Reach the minimum
The group must reach at least 13 confirmed passengers before Broadway proceeds with activation. Live progress is shown to everyone.
Broadway reviews & confirms
We review the route, pickup points, schedule, frequency, duration, vehicle requirement, operational feasibility and pricing.
Service activated
Your group receives a vehicle, driver, route, schedule, pickup points, payment details, booking confirmation and transport agreement.
