1. Who we are

Broadway Affiliated (Pty) Ltd provides contract and group staff transport, Cold Solutions mobile cooler and fridge hire, and commercial cleaning across Gauteng. We are the responsible party for the personal information we collect, and we process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect

When you request a quotation or make a booking we collect your name, organisation, contact number, email address, and the collection or delivery details needed to quote and serve you.

If you create a client portal account, we keep your sign-in email and password (stored securely, never in plain text) and the bookings linked to your account.

When you apply for a job or register as an operator, we collect the details and documents you submit for vetting and placement.

Our website stores standard technical information such as pages visited and device type, used only to keep the site working and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to prepare quotations, deliver and manage bookings, process payments, contact you about your service, and meet legal and safety obligations.

We may send service updates relating to your bookings. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary: with operators and drivers assigned to your trip, with delivery teams for Cold Solutions equipment, with our payment and messaging providers, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Service providers who process information on our behalf are bound to keep it secure and use it only for our services.

5. Storage and retention

Personal information is stored on secured systems and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as South African tax, accounting and consumer-protection law requires us to keep records.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete records we no longer need to keep by law. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the site working and to remember your sign-in on the client portal. We do not use advertising trackers.
