Contract transport is an ongoing transport arrangement between Broadway Affiliated and an organisation. Vehicles, drivers, routes and schedules are dedicated to your operation under a written agreement, with agreed service levels, reporting and monthly invoicing.
What is the minimum contract term?
Contracts run from a single project mobilisation through to 36-month service level agreements. Most workforce contracts are 12 to 36 months, with a defined mobilisation period before the first shift.
How is a contract priced?
Pricing is built per route, per shift pattern and per vehicle class — distance, headcount, operating window, standing time and access conditions. Every quotation itemises the cost basis so procurement can compare it line by line.
How quickly can transport start?
Standard mobilisation is 5 to 10 working days after a signed agreement. Urgent project mobilisation can be shortened where vehicles and vetted drivers are already available in the operating region.
