How we scope institutional cleaning

Institutional cleaning differs from ordinary office cleaning in two ways: the buildings are used by the public or by large resident populations, and the cleaning has to happen around a fixed timetable that cannot move.

We scope each building in its own right — measured area, task list per area, frequency, visit times, staffing and supervision — so facilities and supply-chain teams can evaluate the proposal building by building instead of on one lump figure.

Peak periods such as registration, examinations, term-end or public service deadlines can be scoped as agreed additional visits on top of the base contract.

Quality control
