How we scope car dealership cleaning
Dealerships have two cleaning environments on one site. The showroom sells on presentation — glass, floors and finishes — and is best cleaned before trading with light attendance during the day.
The workshop is scoped on task and frequency instead: bay cleaning, hard-floor degreasing, parts areas and consumable waste handling.
Putting both under one contract and one supervisor closes the usual gap between front-of-house presentation and workshop housekeeping.
