How we scope government & municipal facility cleaning

Public buildings take heavy, concentrated traffic through a small number of areas. We scope public-facing space at a higher frequency than back-office space, with ablution servicing during operating hours where the building requires it.

Proposals state measured areas, task lists, visit frequency and the labour and supervision behind each visit, which is the format evaluation teams need.

This is a service offering, not a tender notice. We make no claim of existing public-sector appointments, supplier registrations or awarded contracts.

Quality control

• • A written scope lists every area, task and frequency before work starts.
• • A named supervisor is responsible for the site and the visit records.
• • Completion notes record what was done, what was found and what needs attention.
• • Additional work is identified and quoted rather than absorbed silently.

Health and safety on site

• • Staff work in Broadway Affiliated uniforms and are briefed on the site rules before starting.
• • Wet floors, work zones and equipment areas are signed while cleaning is in progress.
• • Chemicals are used at the stated dilution, stored closed and kept away from public areas.
• • Site induction, access control and sign-in requirements are followed as the client sets them.
