How we scope retirement village cleaning
Retirement villages mix estate-style common property with facilities carrying higher hygiene expectations: dining halls, lounges, clinic waiting areas and shared bathrooms used by residents with limited mobility.
We scope the shared facilities under contract with the village, body corporate or operator, and choose visit times that cause the least disruption to residents' routines.
Private units are excluded. Our service is common property and shared facilities, not domestic cleaning inside residents' homes.
Quality control

- • A named supervisor is responsible for the site and the visit records.
- • Completion notes record what was done, what was found and what needs attention.
- • Additional work is identified and quoted rather than absorbed silently.
Health and safety on site
- • Staff work in Broadway Affiliated uniforms and are briefed on the site rules before starting.
- • Wet floors, work zones and equipment areas are signed while cleaning is in progress.
- • Chemicals are used at the stated dilution, stored closed and kept away from public areas.
- • Site induction, access control and sign-in requirements are followed as the client sets them.
