Working with estate managers
Estate managers answer to trustees and residents for work they did not personally witness, so the scope has to be specific enough to inspect. We define the common property area by area, with the task list and frequency attached to each.
Interior cleaning of clubhouses, halls, gyms and public ablutions can be combined with grounds work — verges, pathways, hard-surface sweeping and litter control — so one supervisor carries the whole estate standard.
We do not clean private homes. Our contract is with the estate, body corporate or managing agent for the common property.
