Working with dealer principals
A dealership sells on presentation, and the showroom floor and glass carry that. Those areas are scoped for a pre-opening clean with light attendance during trading.
The workshop is a different job: degreasing of hard floors, bay cleaning, parts areas and consumable waste handling, scoped on task and frequency rather than appearance alone.
Both sit under one contract and one supervisor, which removes the gap that usually opens between front-of-house and workshop cleaning.
