How we scope property developers & development companies
Developers need units, common areas and show facilities presentable on a fixed date. We scope the cleaning phase separately from the construction programme: builders' clean after trades leave, detailed post-construction cleaning, then a final pre-handover clean immediately before inspection or occupation.
Because dust, adhesive residue, paint spots and packaging volumes differ from ordinary cleaning, the scope states which surfaces are included, what waste removal is required and how many passes are planned.
We are a cleaning contractor. We do not undertake construction, snag repairs or trade work — that separation is stated in the scope so responsibilities stay clear.
