Working with development managers
Development and project managers are judged on handover dates. Cleaning sits at the end of the programme, where delays are most expensive, so we plan it as phases with their own durations and crew requirements.
After trades leave, a builders' clean removes bulk dust and packaging. A detailed post-construction clean follows on surfaces, glass and fittings. Immediately before inspection or occupation, a final clean presents the unit or building.
We are a cleaning contractor only. Structural rubble, snag repairs and trade rework remain with the appointed contractors.
