The Western Cape is not one transport market but at least three: a dense urban market centred on the City of Cape Town where staff shuttle, executive transfer and MICE delegate work dominate; a Cape Winelands and West Coast belt driven by agricultural, agri-processing and utilities crew movement; and a Garden Route / Karoo corridor built around long-distance group transfers, tourism and construction. Inside the Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality we run daily staff shuttles from Khayelitsha, Mitchells Plain, Delft, Kraaifontein and the Cape Flats into the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Century City, Bellville, Airport Industrial and the Atlantic Seaboard. BPO and shared-services employers in Century City and Bellville rely on our tight peak-hour routings and hourly capacity, while manufacturers around Epping, Montague Gardens and Airport Industrial use us for two- and three-shift worker rotations. Executive and event work in the CBD — CTICC conferences, hotel-to-venue delegate shuttles, roadshow group transfers — runs off a dedicated Cape Town dispatch that coordinates with our national desk when clients are visiting from Johannesburg or overseas.
Winelands, West Coast and Overberg contracts
Away from the metro, the Western Cape's agricultural and industrial economy is where most of our contract growth is. In the Cape Winelands we handle packhouse and cellar worker transport in Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Wellington and the Hex River valley — including surge capacity during deciduous-fruit and wine-grape seasons. Along the West Coast we shuttle crews for fishing and agri-processing plants in Saldanha and Vredenburg, and support construction and utilities contractors on major infrastructure builds around the Saldanha industrial development zone. In the Cape Overberg we cover Caledon, Bredasdorp and the Overberg agri belt. All of these routes come with the same driver-vetting and vehicle-compliance standard we apply in the Cape Town CBD.
Garden Route, Klein Karoo and long-distance groups
The Garden Route and Klein Karoo — George, Mossel Bay, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn — sees a mix of construction crew transport, tourism group transfers and long-distance staff moves connecting Cape Town-based head offices with regional sites. Long-distance runs from Cape Town to George, Beaufort West or further into the Karoo interior are operated with twin-driver rotations, mandated rest stops and pre-departure roadworthy sign-off, with continuous GPS visibility shared with the client's dispatch. Church, school, sports-club and NGO groups moving into the Garden Route for retreats, tournaments and outreaches use the same fleet and standards as our enterprise clients.
