Bus & Coach Services for larger passenger groups and organisations nationwide — across 11 South African metros, their suburbs, townships and industrial nodes, plus intercity contract routes.
Broadway Affiliated can coordinate bus and coach transport enquiries for larger groups through its transport network. Request a suitable vehicle for an event, school trip, church outing, sports fixture or longer journey. The quotation confirms the operator, vehicle size and availability; this is not a claim that Broadway owns every bus or coach requested.
Provide the total number travelling, including organisers and accompanying staff. A larger vehicle may be appropriate when bags or sports equipment cannot safely fit in a minibus. Request luggage capacity, accessibility and comfort details for the specific proposed vehicle rather than assuming that all buses have the same facilities.
A group charter is quoted for your itinerary and agreed stops. It is different from purchasing a seat on a scheduled public bus service. Include venue waiting time, return travel and any overnight stops so the proposal can describe what is included and what changes would cost.
A clear itinerary helps match the service and vehicle to your journey. List everyone travelling, agreed collection points, the destination and return plan. Declare luggage, equipment and mobility needs before accepting a quotation, and confirm the proposed operator, passenger capacity and availability for your dates.
Send your passenger numbers, addresses, dates, return plan and luggage requirements through the transport enquiry form. Your quotation confirms the proposed service and availability.
We assess vehicle requirements through our transport network. The proposed operator, passenger capacity and availability are confirmed for your itinerary; not every size is available on every date.
These are private transport enquiries. Do not assume a public timetable, fixed departure or individual seat availability unless that arrangement is explicitly confirmed.
